MEXICAN MANGONADA
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup Fresh Mango Cubes
- 2 oz Fresh Mango Nectar
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 2 cups Ice
- 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
- 2 oz Chamoy (For Garnish)
- 1 tbsp Tajin Seasoning (For Garnish)
- 5–6 Fresh Mango Cubes (For Garnish)
- 1 Tamarind Candy (For Garnish)
- Instructions:
- Measure ingredients into blender cup.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add 1 oz Chamoy and Tajin seasoning into small dishes.
- Dip rim of glass into Chamoy and then into Tajin to coat.
- Drizzle remaining 1 oz of Chamoy all along inside of glass.
- Pour blended Mangonada into glass.
- Top with fresh mango and sprinkle with Tajin.
- Add tamarind straw into glass.
