MEXICAN MANGONADA

  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup Fresh Mango Cubes
    • 2 oz Fresh Mango Nectar
    • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
    • 2 cups Ice
    • 0.5 oz Agave Nectar
    • 2 oz Chamoy (For Garnish)
    • 1 tbsp Tajin Seasoning (For Garnish)
    • 5–6 Fresh Mango Cubes (For Garnish)
    • 1 Tamarind Candy (For Garnish)
  • Instructions:
    • Measure ingredients into blender cup.
    • Blend until smooth.
    • Add 1 oz Chamoy and Tajin seasoning into small dishes.
    • Dip rim of glass into Chamoy and then into Tajin to coat.
    • Drizzle remaining 1 oz of Chamoy all along inside of glass.
    • Pour blended Mangonada into glass.
    • Top with fresh mango and sprinkle with Tajin.
    • Add tamarind straw into glass.
