Start by adding the butter, chopped onion, and garlic to a saucepan and sauté until translucent. Add the corn kernels and cook for 5 minutes at medium heat. Add the water, the epazote and the salt. boil for 20 minutes. Once ready, serve in disposable cups and add the ingredients to accompany them on top and stir well. Ready enjoy them you will love them!
