Wash and chop all the peppers into slices, do the same with half the onion. Chop the garlic into very small pieces.
Wash the chicken steaks and chop them into strips.
Put a large pan with a little oil and add the chicken. Add half a tablespoon of cumin, a pinch of black pepper, and 2 tablespoons of Maggi juice. Cover and let it cook in its own juices.
When it starts to fry, add the minced garlic and onion. Lower the heat and cover for about 5 minutes.
Uncover and add all the bell peppers. Stir well and let them cook and brown a little.
