Mangoes have a big seed in the middle, so you have to cut around it. You’ll find it easiest to cut first, peel second.
First, hold the mango with one hand and with a knife in your other hand, cut down one side of the mango. Do the same thing with the opposite side.´
You will end with two halves plus the central seed.
Take each half using your knife to make lengthwise and crosswise cuts and run it through the inside of the flesh, taking care not to cut too deep through the skin.
Then, invert the whole half to push out the cubes.
Cut off the skin with a knife, or you can eat them straight from the skin. Enjoy!
